The simplest way is to right click the link and select "Properties".
If it's no follow, it'll say so.
Sometimes you'll get a "varies properties".
Properties has been removed from right click in the newest versions of FF, but you CAN put it back.New To Earning Online? Do Yourself a Favor. Start Here

It is very easy to identify which post give nofollow or dofollow backlinks. Just you need to select the link and right click on that link.
