I signed both these sites just to look at them and I don't feel well on dolancer.com... They have no phone # or anything. And in "contact form"page says: "Note: this contact form is for sales guest consultations only."

Most sites shows tons of projects underway. In this case I have clicked in one bid projects and only a sample. And I can't access most of the site because I am a free member. I don't see how get paid you, there is no contact information and only 1 project, it seems red flags for me.

Even could not get adssourcing.com to load...

Anyway if you are looking for an independent site why not try freelancer.com or odesk.com Web sites have positive reviews and tons of projects.
